Presentation File Submission Guide
Dear Presenter,
Greetings from the ISAIA 2026 Secretariat. For the smooth running of the Symposium, please review the information below and upload your final presentation file to the ISAIA 2026 Presentation Upload System by the deadline.
1. Submission Deadline

Friday, October 16, 2026 23:59 (KST, UTC+9)
The files are needed to set up the on-site presentation system, so please meet the deadline. For unavoidable schedule adjustments, notify the Secretariat before the deadline.
2. How to Upload

Access the system — go directly to https://upload.b-media.co.kr.
No sign-up, login, or Dropbox account is required. -

Find your session & presentation no. and click it. (You can find your session and presentation number on the official website: www.isaia2026.aik.or.kr)

Click [Open Upload Page].

Attach your file, then enter your name and e-mail address and submit.

When the upload completion screen appears, your submission is complete. No separate confirmation e-mail will be sent.

File name : Please be sure to save your file using the exact format below.
Session&PresentationNo_PresenterName(no spaces) e.g.,AHT_030_Jennyoh.pptx -
If you have multiple files (PPT + videos, etc.), compress them into a single ZIP and submit only the ZIP file.
e.g.,
AHT_030_HongGildong.zip -
To resubmit a revised file, add a version number (
_ver2,_ver3…) to the end of the file name and upload the same way. The file with the highest version number will be used for your presentation. e.g.,AHT_030_HongGildong_ver2.pptx - Presenters cannot delete files once they have been uploaded.
- Other presenters cannot view the files you upload.
3. Guidelines for Preparing Presentation Files
To prevent errors with the on-site projectors and PCs, please be sure to follow the guidelines below.

Prevent font errors — save your file with fonts embedded
- If you used fonts that are not included in Windows by default, be sure to embed them in your file. Otherwise, text may appear broken or be replaced with a different font on the venue computer.
- How to embed fonts in PowerPoint: [File] > [Options] > [Save] > select “Embed fonts in the file”, then save.
- If a special font cannot be embedded, please also submit the font file (
.ttf/.otf).

Prevent video playback errors — also submit the original video files
- For videos in your presentation, please use MP4 or AVI format where possible.
- In case a video does not play within the presentation, please also submit the original video file.

Revisions after the deadline
- If you revise your presentation after the October 16 deadline, please bring the revised file on a personal USB drive and upload it yourself at the Preview Room before your session begins.
- Please also submit the font files and original video files used in the revised version.
